  • Refund & After-Sales Policy
Since each piece is made-to-order especially for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your peace of mind is fully protected:
• Manufacturing Errors or Damaged Items: If your garment arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly provide fair compensation or a refund. (Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.)
• Lost Packages: We will actively trace your shipment. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Expedited Shipping Delays: If you selected rush/express shipping and the order was delayed due to carrier logistics, we will refund the extra express fee in full.
